New class schedule starts today! Evening classes are now 4:30, 5:30, 6:30 and 7:30.

Every Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30 we will be having an On-Ramp course.  This class is open for ALL members, but will be focused on teaching the fundamental movements and possibly scaling down the WOD.   Our goal is to give the current members and new members to get more instruction on the fundamental movements.

**If you are a current member and this totally messes up your training schedule please let us know.  We are testing this program, if it does not work for you, it does not work for us**

The majority of our members remain coach-able, but it is always a good reminder to realize how important being open, honest and vulnerable can be.   You are here to push your self to your physical limits and by doing so you will make mistakes.  We are here to correct you not discourage you.
