For those of you who do not know..CFH IS OPEN ON SUNDAYS! We have OPEN GYM every Sunday from 9am to Noon. You can come by and work on a weakness or make up a WOD from earlier in the week. Last week we only had 5 people come in, which is LAME! If you like open gym or plan on coming please give us some feedback!? If we do not get a solid turn out in the next few months we will no longer keep the gym open on Sundays. Yeah that is a threat, so get your ass in here…
