Updates For Memorial Day Weekend

We will have normal classes on Saturday May 25th, Sunday May 26th we will be closed! and Monday May 27th Memorial Day Murph will go down at 10 am!  We will have more details on this coming out next week!

Murph is a Hero Workout in memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.

Michael Murphy’s story is pretty incredible, there is even a movie coming out about his epic adventure! Check out the trailer below.

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

$35 registration per person, you get a t-shirt in the mail, and all the proceeds go to the MDM non-profit organization that fund multiple scholarships in honor of Murph and other fallen soldiers.  This all flows through the website above, we do not handle any of this at CFH.  This is a great way to donate and give to a good cause!
