Kelly Starett is featured on the CFH blog once a week due to my man crush on him and the fact that his work speaks volumes about how we can improve human movement.  He owns a CrossFit, participates in CrossFit and has an extensive understanding of how the innards of our body bend, move, stretch and mold so why not listen to everything he says?

Jason K did the wokout in 3:01 with 135 lbs.  Since we are doing our 20 rep back squat test before, I figured we should lighten up the load a little!
