This is our first time with rope climbs and we encourage everyone to wear or bring High Socks! We have good, high quality ropes, but if you slide down it will be no good for your legs.  Your hands have calluses like a construction worker, your chest is so bruised people think you fall down a lot, now do your best to avoid burns, cuts and rips on your legs! Bring SOCKS!

Skill WOD

A1) Rope Climbs (work on the climbing technique)

(If you have rope climbs down do 5 sets of 3 assents)

A2) Max KB Swings in 30 Seconds x5

(keep the same weight, add up total for each round for final score)
