We have been hitting the metabolic conditioning (endurance based) workouts hard lately, so today we will slow it down and build some strength. These days are often skipped or avoided. If it is your off day then rest, if you are supposed to come in then do not avoid it. You WILL get a good workout in.

A1) 20 Rep Back Squat
B1) Deadlift 3/3/3/3/3
(progress up with each set of three, but every set should feel heavy)
B2)Handstand Push ups- Max Reps in 30 Seconds x 5
**If you can’t do handstand push ups do weighted push ups**
(for the weighted push ups, try to stick with one load the whole time)
