**ADJUSTED OPEN GYM HOURS ON SUNDAY**

Open gym on Sunday will be from 9 am to 11 am

On Tuesday we found our 1 RM Power Clean and OHS.  If you were not here then take 15 min during the strength WOD and find your 1 RM for OHS and Power clean.  (Coaches put these scores under Monday’s WOD)

**If you struggle with mobility  the coaches will pull you away from OHS and give you mobility work to hit on your own.  You will not make improvements on the OHS with crappy form.  You need to get mobile before you start putting heavy loads over your head.   Please watch these two videos and do this before you come in or during the strength WOD.
