Partner WOD’s have their critics, but I think they can accomplish many things in a short amount of time.  Not only does it help with communication and accountability it makes you push harder, run faster and go harder.  No one wants to let down their partner right!?

One for the ladies.  Do you act different when given advice from a female coach?- 10 Reasons of why you should take more notice of what your female coach has to say.

Partner WOD

100 Box Jumps (24/20)

400 M Run

100 Burpees (touch target)

400 m Run

100 Pull ups

400 M Run

100 Sit ups

400 M Run

100 KB Swings (53/35)

One Partner works at a time, you may divide the reps however you would like

Only one partner completes the run, the other partner rests.  You may switch runners.
