DUE TO THE Baltimore Running Festival. WE WILL HAVE NO 8 am or 9 am class Saturday.  We will have a 10 am and 11 am.  Plan accordingly because the race goes directly past CFH.

Score DU only- count best round.

If you can’t string DU’s together practice for 1 min.
