The Whiteboard
We stare, point and talk about the whiteboard constantly. Every month we go through thousands of scores on the whiteboard. Post, track, erase, repeat. This valuable data is an intricate part of how and why CrossFit is so powerful. Our workouts are measurable and repeatable, which gives all athletes a chance to improve. We have range of motion standards for safety, but also for data. A pull up must be a pull up and a squat must be a squat every time. These numbers and this data represents how we measure fitness. But it also represents much more than that…. hours of hard work, sweat, pounds lifted and records broken. It is actual work that you took the time out of your day to do. And it amazes me every time I look at the whiteboard.
