The Gemini Games are approaching fast, they will be held this weekend at CrossFit Titan. We have over 15 teams competing on Saturday and a few teams on Sunday. A few things to take into account…
-Space inside will be very limited. Bring a chair, blanks and a cooler, but pack light. If you are one of the first people to arrive try to claim a spot for CFH!
-Bring food, at least one actual meal for the day and plenty to snack on.
-Taking it easy today (Thursday) and resting tomorrow should set you up for successes on Saturday, push it back one day if you are competing on Sunday.
-Remember spectator space will be VERY limited so do not tell ALL of your friends to come, just a few…

If you don’t know what wodify is scroll back a few days on the blog. All you need to do is pull up the app on your phone and sign into class the day of. If you do not or can’t, don’t sweat it! Just go over to the computer by the water cooler and sign yourself in when you get to class.
