We have a favor to ask of you!
We consistently want to strive to make CFH the best experience possible for you. If you could take 5 min and fill out a few surveys it would really help us improve as a gym and coaching staff. We have an Overall Facility Survey that we encourage everyone can take. We have also given each coach a survey. Most of you have experienced multiple coach’s so feel free to fill out a survey for any coach you want. All of the feedback will be anonymous so feel free to speak your mind. If there is anything you would like to see change or a coach that want to help improve now is your chance to let us know!

**The pause should last 3 seconds and give you a chance to strength that position. It will also give the coaches a chance to evaluate your position.**
