Max Lunges in the Back Rack Position (135/95)

(pick a weight you can get at least 15 lunges with per round)

As soon as you drop the bar

Max UnBroken Push ups

(You must be able to get at least 20 per round, if you can’t get 20 unbroken then complete 20 as fast as possible)

As soon as you are done push ups

500 M Row

-For Time-

Rest 3-5 minutes and repeat, three total sets

Score Total Lunges across all three sets

Score Total Push ups across all three sets

Score slowest 500 M Sprint

( The clock will be running the whole class, count your reps for lunges  and push ups and your row time will be on the rower.  Rest after each round so you have enough in the tank to go all out in the next round)
