If you remember this workout from back then you should be prepared to crush your old score.

Focus on good solid push ups.  Squeeze your butt and squeeze your gut is not something we say for fun….WE REALLY WANT YOU TO DO IT!

Mobility WOD

A1) Rack Position Stretch with a band 1 min each arm

A2) Bully Stretch on the shoulder  for 1 Min each arm (4:40 in this video)

WOD

The Chief

Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
135 pound Power cleans, 3 reps
6 Push-ups
9 Squats

Rest 1 Min

5 Rounds

Score each round then add up total

**No Credit for partial rounds.  If you can not finish a round you may want to just take the extra rest**
