We will be closed next weekend due to a level one seminar at CFH. We will hold class at Federal Hill Park at 9 am and 10 am! We fully expect more then 3 people to show up this time!

50 Deadlifts (155/105)
75 Bar Facing Burpees

(one person from the team is running, one person from the team is working through the WOD one person is resting. You may rotate in any order)
