Our next strength cycle will involve the CrossFit Total. Max Back Squat, Max Deadlift, Max Strict Press. We will find your total today and in a few weeks we will smash it, pound our chest and scream about how strong we are….
We will still hit Olympic lifts and work on our gymnastics skills, but our strength program will be focused on improving our CF Total!
The traditional CF total has rules, only three attempts and you must go in order. For our purpose you can take as many attempts as you want and we encourage you to go in order, but we can always switch that depending on class size. This may seem like an easy workout, but you need to challenge yourself with load today, not speed. Go heavy, stay safe and work hard!
