Last Friday was a bit of a mess with people showing up constantly from about 3:30 to 5:30.  So how about this.  If you want to get it in early, Coach Buck will be here at 2:30/3:00 to start up the early session.  The next session will start at 4:30, so if you can’t make it early then please wait until 4:30 to start with a group in the back gym. The WOD tomorrow is a bit long and is a double day so here is the condensed version that we are doing…
