Competitors lets be ready to go at 5:30 and try to stick to a good timeline so we finish in an hour.
1 RM Deadlift- 20 min (partner up so we have enough weight)
Front Squat 7×5 (same weight across) -15 min (rest 2 min between sets)
OTMEM for 7 min 3 Squat Cleans – 10 minutes including warm up
