The series will consist of three separate competitions, each featuring multiple workouts. The first set of workouts will be released the week of August 28. Once announced, teams will have four days to submit their scores. For the series, teams will consist of any two men and two women who perform the workouts together. There will be three divisions: Rx, scaled and masters. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top 10 teams in the Rx division once the series is complete. Registration is US$100 per team for all divisions. We encourage anyone and everyone who wants to get at team together to sign up! Let any of the coaches know if you have any questions. The workouts will be performed at CFH with a judge watching your team.

**One thing that I have not loved about the comp WOD is the division in the community. I will try to alter the WOD when I can so we can have everyone working together. For example, today the WOD is the same besides the 1 RM BS so get in a little early grab some space in the back and hit your 1 RM BS while the class is warming up then jump in the workout with the class**
