Specialty classes tonight! Mobility at 5:30 pm and Barbell Club at 6:30 pm!

We have had two technical and challenging workouts this week, if you need to rest on a day you usually would not DO IT! Listen to your body.  Todays workout will be long, but it is a partner WOD and it is all we have on the schedule for today.  The coach will take their time to give you a nice long warm up and prep you for the movements today.

10 minute warmup with barbell turkish getups then:

3-3-3-3-3 Weighted pullups then:
15 minutes to find max thruster from the ground.
Maybe a 4 minute metcon if we have time
