For those of you who did not know this will be Coach Jamie’s last week at CFH (she will be back for the last nutrition challenge meeting though!)
If you are a nooner, or avid mobility class attendee please try to come in and thank Coach Jamie for all her hard work. She joined CFH over a year ago and has put a ton of effort into making each and every person she coaches a better athlete. She is ruthless and relentless in a way that we all strive to be as coaches. The bottom line is she cares deeply about the health and fitness of all our athletes. We can not thank her enough for all her hard work, dedication and effort over the past year. It is not easy to find someone with the wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm that Coach Jamie brings to class everyday!
