Mobility at 5:30 pm tonight!

Mobility class will be changing just slightly, we will be calling it mobility/core class now.  This class will be taught by Jen or Mellisa our in house Physical Therapists.  I could not be more excited about how this class will affect mobility and core issues.  Jen and Melissa have seen a fair amount of CFH athletes and a ton suffer from failure to engage, use and strength their core.  Come see what it is all about tonight!
