Goal Setting and more with John P.
John has worked hard to put together a comprehensive and entertaining 10 week course that is athlete focused. This course will help you find a reasonable goal (gain 5 pounds of muscle, get 10 pull ups, squat clean 225/155), develop a plan of action and work towards that goal! Not only will you have the full attention of a coach you will be with a group of like minded athletes working towards their own goals.
The cost for this course is $100. I know you already pay to come here, but hear me out. The coaches are working very hard to put together these specialized courses, they will be putting everything into teaching, preparing and executing. It averages out to $10 a class for a hyper focused weekly seminar. Trust me you will not be disappointed.
The course will take place on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm We will start the course on Tuesday January 27th and it will run for ten weeks. There will be a clipboard in front of the gym Sign up there! We will close the course at 12 people.
