We will have a regular class schedule at the gym today.
Reminder! We are having yoga in the back gym at 6:30 pm tonight! It might be a little loud and not totally conducive to yoga, but will try our best!
Today the focus will be on the strength portion and we will finish with a little sprint at the end.
