The 3rd CrossFit open workout comes out at 8 pm tonight (Thursday), the CFH WOD will come out at 8:30 pm (for Friday). Just in case I have to adjust the programming!

We are all heading to Delia Foley’s after 15.5 on Friday March 27th to celebrate the end of the open! Everyone in the community is invited (it does not matter if you did the open or not). Scott P and Phil W (both CFH members) will be playing some live music. And Delia Foley’s is owned by Andrew Carter a CFH member.
