Warming up and Cooling down

We had comments about the warm ups being too long and the warm ups being too short.  Some people want to stretch longer others want to do less stretching.  There was one common theme with the cool down, people like it and they want more of it.

We we will do our best to do a proper and well rounded warm up.  Sometimes it will hit your sweet spot and other times it might miss, but if you feel safe and ready to go that is what we are aiming for.  If you need more time, by all means head off to the side and stretch out.  We will do our best to focus more on the cool down and less on getting scores.
