We rarely close, but with the Holiday falling on Sunday it only feels right to shut things down for the day. There will be no Yoga or Open gym on Sunday.

The 2015 CrossFit Open has come to an end! It was amazing to see everyone push themselves outside their comfort zone over the last 5 weeks. As a Team we finished in 56th place in the Mid Atlantic out of 325 teams. Hell Yeah! Our best finish was 38th place in 15.3, the Muscle Up WOD! For those of you did not participate thank you for dealing with the endless posts about the open, Monday re-testing and adjusted class schedule!
