Below is a screen shot of the CrossFit Games Leader Board from Masters Men 45-49 division in Maryland.  Coming in strong at the #3 spot is our very own CFH athlete Chris R!  A great accomplishment considering the high level of skill involved in all of the workouts in the open this year.  Next time you see Chris give him a good’ol CFH high five and congratulate him on his podium finish!
