ROWING! Now that I have your attention, does that work make you excited? Cringe? Make your muscles hurt? We all have different feelings about rowing, but no matter how it makes you feel, it’s something that we can all improve. As a member of CFH, you have the great opportunity to learn skills and technique to become a better rower. We have partnered with the Baltimore Rowing Club to provide you with a FREE rowing seminar. All you need to do is sign-up on the whiteboard and show-up on Sunday, May 17th from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm. Free for all CFH members. The seminar is limited to 24 spots!
