AM open gym tomorrow from 9 am to Noon!

NO YOGA and NO PM OPEN GYM ON SUNDAY

In Teams of 2

150 Power Snatches

then

400 M Sprint x 4

(One person working at a time, the other person rests….2 each…4 total)

then

100 Bar Facing Burpees

(One person works the other person rests)

Fitness 45/35 (20/14)

RX 75/55 (24/20)

-Score = Total Time-

Time Cap 32 minutes

(The load on the snatch should be super light! If you are just doing the bar with no weights remember to just go below your knee)

(DO NOT DROP THE BAR FROM OVERHEAD TODAY, it will break the weights and the bar.  10 burpee penalty mid wod if you do, FOR REAL)
