RX+- GO deficit strict then deficit kip. Ladies use 25s Gents use 45s.
**4-6 is just a guide, feel free to do more if you can handle it**
**If you are scaling find a good scale (off the box, regular push ups, or static holds)**

**Bar comes off the rack, if there are more athletes then racks be prepared to share. If you stagger start by about a minute it should work out.**
