Mobility Tonight at 6:30 pm-This week’s mobility will focus on the thoracic spine (mid back). This area is important for upright positioning with squatting, and proper shoulder / scapular positioning with all over head lifts.
This is usually one of those days where I have to beg people to come in. Squat snatch and Muscle ups can be intimidating, but remember you will never get better if you do not push yourself outside of your comfort zone and try these movements. We have plenty of ways to scale this WOD, it will still make it an excellent workout. And who knows maybe you will hit a heavy snatch or get your first MU!
