Most of the time we have a formal skill progression or strength on a day like this. Some type of complex to get you ready for the WOD. Today the coach will give you a solid 12-15 minutes to warm up your snatch, use that time as skill work to practice the part of the movement you need the most work with.
-Do you have trouble with foot work? Keep the weight light and do footwork drills.
-Do you struggle with pulling early? Work a few snatch shrugs and snatch high pulls.
-Do you have trouble getting under the bar? Work your drop under the bar with a moderate weight for multiple reps.
-Use the coach if you need help here, but you will have a solid 12-15 minutes to get warm so do not just strap on few plates and stand around-
