Ladies, I am sad to announce the 1lb plates are no longer a part of CFH. They are breaking, I can not find new ones to buy, and you do not need them for competition or the open so we are done with them. If you can not live with out them in your life or on your bar, they will be in the lifting room!
Mobility Class – 6:30 pm
We all spend too much time sitting: at work, in front of the computer, driving. Tightness of the hips can pull out back into an overextended (lordotic) posture, which is an unstable position for our spine, let alone loading that spine with a ton of weight. This week we will mobilize the back and hip flexors to address the negative effects that sitting can have on low backs.
