Pick up your Orioles Tickets they are at the gym!  There are still about half the tickets at that have not been picked up.

We are going to meet at Cross Street Market around 5:30 pm before the game.  Everyone is welcome to come or just meet us at the game! (I will bring all the extra tickets to CrossStreet)

Ever wondered how we capture the awesome pictures that are shared with you on the blog every day? Have you ever seen a guy snapping pictures of you during your WOD and wondered why he was there? For the past couple of months, two CFH members, Scott P and Pat have been attending a couple classes a month to capture CFH members in their natural habitat, beasting metcons, crushing weights, and being generally awesome at fitness.  Their work is shared with you here on the blog to help jazz up this space and get us pumped for our daily sweat. If you see them in your class, act casual and just keep doing your thing. These guys have an awesome eye and their best pictures are totally candid. Strength WOD

Shoulder Prep
10 Bent over rows with barbell (snatch grip, no weight)
2 Rounds
Every 90 seconds for 12 minutes
3 Snatch Lift Offs + 1 Snatch (squat or power)
-Snatch lift off is for working the first pull of your snatch.  But low chest up perfect pull to just above your knee then return to the ground-
(Build up in weight as you see fit.  You do not need to add weight every round.  Record your best lift)
