Mobility tonight at 6:30 pm- Since some of you are beginning the strength cycle for overhead squats – mobility tonight will work on shoulders and hips, with focus for the OHS. Come in, get looser, and PR that squat.
Our Resident Physical Therapist/Mobility Class Instructors were featured on The 4th Pull Podcast this week! Jen and Melissa give some great advice on stretching, active recovery and a few exercises that are often overlooked! It is a great episode!
