Strength WOD

Romanian Deadlift 10/10/6/6/6 (build up in load)

Between each set 200 ft Farmers carry (4 times total)

(2 laps around the orange poles in the back gym.  The 1 by the calendar and the one by the climbing ropes)

WOD

Every 3 minutes for 12 minutes

400 M Run

_____ KB Swings

Fitness: 12 KB Swings (35/26)

RX: 15 KB Swings (53/35)

RX+: 15 KB Swings (70/53)

-Whatever time you have left in the 3 minutes use for rest.  Score = Total KB Swings-

**The reps in the amount of time given are aggressive today.  If you need to scale the reps that is fine, just count your total reps. You should have about 30 seconds of rest after each set of KB swings**
