We are in a squat cycle, right? Many of us may not be hitting our max PRs, especially in the overhead squat, because of mobility issues, involving the ankles, hips, spine, chest, and/or shoulders. This week will attempt to improve mobility in these areas to improve our overhead squat. Get mobile to get strong!
