Happy 1 year CrossFit anniversary to a relatively new CFH member, James C.

 James discovered CrossFit after he transitioned out of the Army, and while his passion for serving – specifically in the 82nd Airborne – cannot be matched, his passion for CrossFit is a top contender. Aside from the physical benefits, CrossFit has given him a renewed sense of focus, confidence and determination. By consistently challenging himself, he has not only grown as a person but so has the load on his barbell. You can always find him in one of the evening classes, ready to work and motivating those around him. Thank you for making CFH your second home James!

 

Mark your calendars! CFH will be hosting a nutrition seminar on September 19th presented by Renaissance Periodization. During this seminar, you will learn nutritional and recovery strategies to:

– Get leaner
– Build muscle
– Increase strength
– Boost performance
– Recover between multiple sessions
– Recover within the week
– Train hard without overreaching
– Prevent injuries and overtraining over the long term
