Back Squat or Overhead Squat

(Pause for 5 seconds at the bottom of each rep, build up in weight each set)

WOD

5 Power Snatch

10 Box Jumps

15 Air Squats

7 Rounds

-We are going to do something a little different today.  There will be no Fitness, RX or RX+ weight.   You pick the weight and record your load.  Here is the thinking behind it.  When a weight is given almost everyone strives to shoot for that weight.  Even if we say do 5 unbroken you will probably go heavy to try and hit the Fitness or RX weight.  That is a good thing! Striving to hit new numbers, pushing yourself to a higher weight are all things that improve fitness.  But testing and pushing and testing and pushing can be taxing, physically and mentally.  Today I want to take that pressure off.  I want you to pick a weight that you can get 5 unbroken power snatches for 7 rounds.   We will be taking a day every now and then to not test load and approach the WOD with a blank slate.-
