DRIVE CLASS IS AT 8 am TOMORROW (Saturday)


It’s not too late to get a squad together for the CrossFit Team Series! (2 guys/2 gals), and have at these workouts!

For the next 4 weeks we will do front rack lunges as accessory work for our back/overhead squat cycle.   Try to add 5-10lbs of weight each week. Record weight in WODify. 

Strength WOD

OHS or Back Squat with a 5 second Pause in the bottome 3/3/3/3 (Build up in weight)
then
40 Front Rack Lunges
(complete 40 lunges in sets of 6-10 reps.  Between each set go into a couch stretch)

WOD

15 Hanging Power Cleans
15 Bar Facing Burpees
3 Rounds
14 min Cap
