CrossFit Federal Hill is going rowing! We have a slight change to this Sunday’s schedule– There will be no Yoga with Alexa this Sunday. She’ll be back the following week! We will still have normal open gym hours.

Yesterday we went all barbell, today we go no barbell.  It is all about coming in and working hard everyday.  Today might look like a simple task of running and throwing your body up and down off the mat a few times, but as we all know the easy ones are always the hard ones.  Come in ready to go fast and work hard today.
