Saturday, October 31st from 10 am to 2 pm. This Throwdown is the first of its kind– a friendly team competition where we throw divisions like Scaled and Rx out the window and pick the teams for you. This event is meant for everyone, regardless of how long you have been a member at CFH or have been doing CrossFit. No matter what your skill level, we promise a great time and WOD’s that everyone, regardless of skill level, will be able to participate in and be challenged by. Our next cycle will be the deadlift. Please focus on form over weight with this movement. We will be hitting most of our work and progressions for this cycle on Wednesday and Friday. Today we establish our baseline! Its 1 RM day.
