Congrats to everyone who has been squatting with us over the past few years.  Stronger Legs make for a Stronger Brian- there is now proof- Brawn and Brains

The patented CFH Sprint that will get you faster and stronger goes like this.  Start at the orange poll by garage doors, run to the second orange poll and back, then the garage doors and back, the third orange poll and back, then the wall and back = 1.

In 8 minutes
Max CFH Sprints
(one partner holds plank)
Rest 3 mins
In 8 minutes
Max Thrusters
Rest 3 minutes
In 8 minutes
Max Cals on rower
Fitness: 75/55
RX: 95/65
RX+ 115/75
Divide the reps up however you want.  One person works one person rests, except for the sprints, one partner holds plank. Each sprint counts as 1.  Score = total reps of all three.  Score all three separately in the notes. The floor will need to be clear for the sprints, but the 3 minutes rest should give you plenty of time to bring the bars out to the floor.
