Have you noticed the bands hanging from the back wall by the fridge!? They are Crossover Symmetry bands.  Our resident physical therapists from Power Thru PT have been telling me to get these for a while now.  They are super important when it comes to maintaing healthy shoulders.  There is a chart over there with a few exercises, but Coach Eric has a few others to show you.  Check out this 2 minute clip and next time you are a little early head over grab these bands and get to work!

Skill WOD

For 12 minutes…
Minute 1 Accumulate 20-30 Seconds in an L-Sit
Minute 2 Complete 2 Turkish Get ups (1 each arm)
Minute 3 20-30 Second Superman hold with PVC pipe
(Repeat for the remainder of 12 minutes, 4 rounds total)

WOD

Complete 1 round, then rest 2 minutes for a total of 4 rounds:

500M Row

50 Double Unders

12 Shoulder to overhead

Fitness: 95/65
RX: 115/75
RX+: 135/95
