24 minute AMRAP:
Cals on the Rower (2 minutes)
Max Shuttle Sprints (1 minute)
Max Burpees (1 minute)
(Shuttle Sprint is from the wall by the TV’s to the garage doors. The workout will look like this: The rowers will be lined up in the back gym. One teammate works one teammate rests. You can row for 1 minute and switch or row for two minutes. You can switch off after every shuttle sprint or every 5. Every shuttle sprint- from the wall and back to the wall, counts as one. Score = total cals, plus total shuttle sprints, plus total Burpes The rower may shut off after 2 minutes of not being on, so make sure you note your cals before moving on.)
