Strength Class Info Session today from Noon to 1 PM!

Strength WOD

Pick one weight and accumulate 40 Front rack lunges

(Bar comes from the rack and should be broken up into 4-6 sets)

6 Is Ys Ts between each set of lunges

20 Deadlifts

10 Handstand Push ups

3 Rounds

Fitness: 185/125

RX: 205/135

RX+: 225/155 (Strict HSPU)

15 min Time Cap

DRIVE

50 Walking Lunges (hold a KB or DBs in each hand)

50 Pull ups

75 Sit ups

100 Air Squats
