A bunch of people have told me they could help withe the Battle of Baltimore on January 30th, but have not signed up yet.

0-10 minutes

Double Grace

(60 C&J’s)

10-20 minutes

50 Snatches

20-32 minutes

12 minute Cindy

5 pull ups

10 push ups

15 air squats

-One Person Works at a time-

-You should finish the first two with a few minutes to rest, if not then you should lower the weight-

**If there is group of three, then add 30 CJ’s, 25 snatches and two people work at a time**

RX+ 155/105 (Chest to Bar)

Score each one separately
