As of now (8:00 p.m.) Friday night: We will be closed all day on Saturday.  Sorry for any inconvenience, but we have to put your safety and the safety of our coaches first.

Check HERE and FB in case things are not as bad as they say in the A.M. and we decide to run a few classes or have open gym.

We will do our best to get open for Sunday open gym hours! It will probably be later in the afternoon.  Maybe we will run a class and pick a crazy long workout.  For some reason that always seems to get more people to come in.  Who doesn’t like a challenge!?

RX+: 245/165 (155/105)

DRIVE (8AM and 11AM)

1 Minute at each station for Total Reps
100 Sit ups
100 Air Squats
100 Double Unders
50 Cals on the Rower
30 Cals on the Assult Bike
2 Rounds
(stagger start 4 minutes apart in heats of 5 so there is room on the assault bikes)
