Friendly reminder about our February Facebook Check in! Every time you check in to CrossFit Federal Hill on Facebook, we will donate 25 cents to Baltimore Station, a residential treatment program supporting veterans transitioning through the cycle of poverty, addiction, and homelessness to self sufficiency. So far we are only at 5 check ins. We can do better! Get out your phones and check in!

CFH Clean Eating Challenge – It’s the final stretch! Great job to all of those who are completing the CFH Clean Eating Challenge! We are nearing the end of the Challenge and can’t wait to see how everyone’s hard work has paid off. Keep up the awesome work, everyone!
